Most of our orders are fulfilled by our own fleet of delivery trucks. Our delivery areas include the central business districts of Makati, Alabang, Ortigas, BGC, Eastwood, and some other areas of Metro Manila, as well as industrial parks and outlying areas in Laguna, Cavite, and Batangas.

For selected corporate accounts, we also deliver to areas outside Metro Manila and provincial areas using logistics providers and with corresponding delivery fees.

Qualified corporate accounts may apply for credit terms upon submission of relevant legal documents and customer information sheet. Approval of credit is subject to credit evaluation and is the sole discretion of the management. Credit terms and deliveries may be suspended in case of late payments.

We accept validated check payments, bank deposits, payments via LBC, PayPal, and others. For security reasons, we are not accepting cash payments.

Companies with regular monthly purchases of substantial volume may apply for corporate accounts.  The benefits of being a corporate customer include preferential pricing, as well as access to our exclusive online catalogue and “Quotation on Demand” service.

We understand that returns are inevitable due to a number of reasons such as a wrong order or delivery, change of needs, and so on. We will be glad to accommodate returns and replacements, provided the items and its original packaging are not damaged.

We have included almost 2,000 SKUs of frequently ordered items in our online catalogue. Corporate accounts are now able to choose the items they need and create their own quotation. You may save, print out, and edit these quotations. You can also convert your saved quotations to orders.

Quotations which are converted to orders are automatically sent to the sales team of Office Basics and processed for delivery. To help you save time, you may create a new quotation by editing a saved quotation. This is helpful if you order more or less the same items every month. Rather than start from scratch, you may simply add or delete items and change the quantities you need.

For items that are not included in the online catalogue, you may still request our team to send you a quotation as usual.
